I have a LG TU915 Vu Rogers phone and I can't sync it to my Outlook Express

/ Palm Desktop. Can you help? Unfortunately, the thick manual has no instructions to sync with these programs and I can't find any info on-line. So, I have turned to you. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.
