Do unlocked phones work with rogers?

I live in Canada and i want to switch my cellular provider to rogers but i don't like any of the phones that they carry. Can i buy the phone i want unlocked from somewhere else and put my SIM card in it? will rogers sell me just the SIM card?

Yes definitely. You can buy SIM card alone from Rogers, buy phone somewhere else and unlock it to use with Rogers SIM card. It would work fine. To unlock a cell phone, you need to enter its unique unlock code. You can get the unique unlock code for a cell phone from Mobile-Unlocker.com at affordable cost with an easy unlocking guide. Good luck.
