Do phone companies (Rogers, Bell, VErizon etc.) keep records of all...
...videos/pictures/text messages...? make on our phones? Or are they only accessable by having the actual phone in their possession?

Thanks for the info about the txt messaging. What about videos and pictures you never sent? Are they held somewhere or only on the phones memory? Thanks everyone
The messages are stored on the carrier's switch network for about 2 days as they could need to be re-sent if you are roaming or out of the coverage area, but the contents is not saved anywhere permanently.
They do store the header information for billing-- where the message was sent from, where the message was sent to, and the time-stamp. It's not possible to recover the contents of the message after 2 days--- and even before 2 days is up it would practically take an act of congress to get those carriers to research the data for you.
