Can I buy a rogers refurbished phone?

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to buy a refurbished phone from an actuall rogers store?
I want a pearl but I don't think I can extend my contract an extra 3 years seeing it hasn't even been one out of my current 3year contract.
