at all using BLUETOOTH? i dont want to pay for it, i have an ALLTEL phone, and i want to be able to use bluetooth to send the ringtone to my phone. thanks!
EDIT: there's no confusion. i know you dont have to pay to use bluetooth. im asking for a website that lets me download ringtones for FREE (NO SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED) and lets me DOWNLOAD THEM USING BLUETOOTH.
