Ok, i just used the iphone app "ringtones" to download some free new ringtones, and i already transferred them to iTunes in my computer they're in .m4r format, they are already in the tones library and also show up in the tones tab when i plug my iphone to itunes. "Sync tones" is checked and the tones are not even 30 seconds long! what's wrong here? please help!

iPhones are really hard to get to have custom ringtones. that is why i have android. i can have whatever i want
