john mayer ringtones for the LG Dare phone?

heyy. so i really want the john mayer song "the heart of life" as a ringtone on my verizon LG dare. how can i get one for free or VERY cheap? also does anyone know if its possible to record a sound and then make the sound the ringtone? thanks so muchh.
