iphone ringtones help?

I used the "ringtones" application on my iphone and picked 3 ringtones. My phone did a sync with itunes and I synced (or whatever) my ringtones to my iphone. Where do I go to get them now. Because when I look at all my ringtones they aren't there. I have the 3G and i JUST did an update for the software.
