Now that I have ringtones added to my Itunes library how do I add them to my iphone? I did a sync, all it did was add what was on my Iphone to the computer.

Plug you're iPhone in, and open up iTunes. Go to the sidebar (on the left) and click on the name of you're iPhone. From there you can go to the top and click ringtones. Then hit sync and click on the ones you want. After click apply.
