How do I transfer ringtones from phone (EnV2) to memory card?

I have ringtones that I need to save to my memory card because I am exchanging the phone due to technical issues. I figured out how to save all my pictures and sounds that were saved to my phone to my card, but can't figure out how to do it with the ringtones. Thanks in advance!!!
These aren't ringtones I bought from Verizon. They are ones that were texted to me and I saved them to my phone (instead of my card-duh on my part).
