How do I get a ringtone when I don't have internet on my cell? PLEASE HELP!?

I have AT&T but I have an unlocked Sidekick 3; therefore, no internet

Does anyone know how I can get ringtones into my sidekick? I had music in the SD memory card I have in my phone but it won't make it into a ringtone and I tried sending attachments of ringtones to my cell but they don't go through :-\
