How do I download ringtones from t-mobile?

I am downloading ringtones onto my t-mobile samsung highlight. I get a message saying "download now" but i can't click on it or anything. can anyone explain step by step?

do u have internet (data plan) on your phone? in other works, can you access the web browser on your phone? can you go to like google for example?

if so, actually, you might not even need that. Just go to this FREE site,

and you can make FREE ringtones, it works AWESOME on my tmobile samsung and i don't have internet. They send it by text messaging!
