FIRST LET ME SAY GETTING A DATA PACKAGE AND DOWNLOADING USING THE PHONES WEB BROWSER OR OPERA MINI IS NOT LET ME REPEAT NOT AN OPTION

im looking for a way to send ringtones to my rumor 2 phone i have it with virgin mobile i do not have the data cable but would be willing to get one i was wondering if there is a way to send it either with the data cable, text message,email my phone, or bluetooth,
