Then your body will just become average size thats all. What I mean by that is, you'll still have a small body but you'll have some chunkyness on you as well. But dont worry cause that can all be worked out no matter what you eat. You can excercise it all off.
They will start to feel better and have more energy IF they eat the right types of "healthy" foods.
Absolutely no reason to do it gradually.
you may have a with drawel if will keep you satisified for a while but if you keep doing it then you will start craving it then when you finally give in you will gorge your slef you wont die you will get sick though. like me i tried not eating for a week to lose which was stupid but i only got through two days before i started feeling sick and then i decided to eat a small gronala bar and i ended up eating like 2000 cal. in one day it is dangerious take it slow so if u eat five cookies a day cut down to four next week then the week after 3 and so on and do it with all of your junk food like that but remember a little junk is ok every once n a while
