When faced with a question for a particular religion, why do some not follow the...
...guidelines (see below)? For example, there have been some questions that ask about the Jewish point of view (or any other religion - this is just one example). Many posters rush in and answer with authority - based on THEIR religion!
I know I cannot be alone - when I answer a non-Jewish question, I make sure that the answer is to the POV of the question OR I will clearly state that this is MY POV and offer it as an interesting contrast to the question.
I have my own ideas on this, but would like to survey the R&S community. What are your opinions and what have you observed?

Seeker, you're right. But this question is based on the fact that I've seen questions posted FOR a Jewish POV and some answer with THEIR religion's POV. THAT'S the reason for this question.
