We know what is moral even not basing them on religions, but when can an act be

regarded as immoral, as the..? law varies from country to country?

Some country may allow homosexual marriage, making it legal, but does that mean its moral?
Some country may allow beheading or stoning to death as part of punishment, making it legal, does that mean its moral.
Some country may allow marriage of young children as part of their tradition, making it legal, does that mean its moral.

My question is where does immorality stop and morality comes in in respect to laws of the land?
*Please do not look unto my example per se..

***my point is if its something is legal does it follows that it is moral.. ??

We think we know is a more proper way to say this, because what we know naturally is carnal, and we establish our own version of what is moral by our own conclusions; but what is moral according to God is what we miss the mark on.

they are supposed to based on God's law morality

Men's morality can change and they can allow inhumane acts as murder of children before they are born.

Morals are relative to the situation.

Laws deal with enforcement of rights (largely) but morality comes from the other side of desire to do right. That is why there is often a big difference between the two.

The problem comes when people fail to realise that laws and morality are only loosely related. Specifically gay marriage is a legal issue and not a moral one, yet people keep trying to argue it from a moral standpoint.

Morality comes from the desire to avoid harm to others. Gay marriage is not hurting anyone. It is always moral, but not always legal.

God didn't create Adam and Adam. Not two penises. He created Adam and Eve. A vagina and a penis: For a purpose. To reproduce and create more humans. Last time I check Anal Sex and strap on dildos don't create a child.

I'm leaving religion out of this since you obviously haven't.

Murder
Rape
Molesting Children
Fraud

All are immoral acts
