    VEGETABLES MENTIONED IN THE QUR'AN

And when you said, 'Musa, we will not put up with just one kind of food so ask your Lord to supply to us some of what the earth produces – its herbs, cucumbers, garlic, lentils and onions,' he said, 'Do you want to replace what is better with what is inferior? Go back to Egypt, then you will have what you are asking for.' Abasement and destitution were stamped upon them. They brought down anger from Allah upon themselves. That was because they rejected Allah's Signs and killed the Prophets without any right to do so. That was because they rebelled and went beyond the limits. (Surat al-Baqara, 61)
    TREES

It is He Who sends down water from the sky. From it you drink and from it come the trees among which you graze your herds. (Surat an-Nahl, 10)
Your Lord revealed to the bees: 'Build dwellings in the mountains and the trees, and also in the structures which men erect. (Surat an-Nahl, 68)
He said, 'It is my staff. I lean on it and beat down leaves for my sheep with it and have other uses for it.' (Surah Ta Ha, 18)
Do you not see that everyone in the heavens and everyone on the earth prostrates to Allah, and the sun and moon and stars and the mountains, trees and beasts and many of mankind? But many of them inevitably merit punishment. Those Allah humiliates will have no one to honour them. Allah does whatever He wills. (Surat al-Hajj, 18)
But when he reached it a voice called out to him from the right hand side of the valley in the part which was full of blessing, from out of the tree: 'Musa, I am Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. (Surat al-Qasas, 30)

So he enticed them to do it by means of trickery. Then when they tasted the tree, their private parts were disclosed to them and they started stitching together the leaves of the Garden in order to cover themselves. Their Lord called out to them, 'Did I not forbid you this tree and say to you, "Satan is an outright enemy to you"?' (Surat al-A'raf, 22)

    PLANTS CITED IN THE QUR'AN

    Olive and others

It is He Who sends down water from the sky from which We bring forth with it buds of all (plants), and from that We bring forth the green shoots and from them We bring forth close-packed seeds, and from the spathes of the date palm date clusters hanging down, and gardens of grapes and olives and pomegranates, both similar and dissimilar. Look at their fruits as they bear fruit and ripen. There are Signs in that for people who believe. (Surat an-An'am, 99)
It is He Who produces gardens, both cultivated and wild, and palm-trees and crops of diverse kinds, and olives and pomegranates, both similar and dissimilar. Eat of their fruits when they bear fruit and pay their due on the day of their harvest, and do not be profligate. He does not love the profligate. (Surat al-An'am, 141)
And by it He makes crops grow for you and olives and dates and grapes and fruit of every kind. There is certainly a Sign in that for people who reflect. (Surat an-Nahl, 11)
Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The metaphor of His Light is that of a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp inside a glass, the glass like a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east nor of the west, its oil all but giving off light even if no fire touches it. Light upon Light. Allah guides to His Light whoever He wills and Allah makes metaphors for mankind and Allah has knowledge of all things. (Surat an-Nur, 35)
Plants Used in Metaphors in the Qur'an

The metaphor of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah is that of a grain which produces seven ears; in every ear there are a hundred grains. Allah gives such multiplied increase to whoever He wills. Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. (Surat al-Baqara, 261)
Good land yields up its plants by its Lord's permission, but that which is bad only yields up scantily. In this way We vary the Signs for people who are thankful. (Surat al-A'raf, 58)
    Those Having Healing Properties

Shake the trunk of the palm towards you and fresh, ripe dates will drop down onto you. Eat and drink and delight your eyes... (Surah Maryam, 25-26)
    PLANTS IN PARADISE

We place in it gardens of dates and grapes, and cause springs to gush out in it, (Surah Ya Sin, 34)
And soaring date-palms with layered spathes, (Surah Qaf, 10)
In it are fruits and date-palms with covered spathes, (Surat ar-Rahman, 11)
In them are fruits and date-palms and pomegranates. (Surat ar-Rahman, 68)
And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. (Surat al-Waqi'a, 29)
    Amid thornless lote-trees (Surat al-Waqi'a, 28)
    PLANTS IN HELL

    Thorny Bush

They have no food but a bitter thorny bush. (Surat al-Ghashiyya, 6)
    Zaqqum

Is that better by way of hospitality or the tree of Zaqqum? (Surat as-Saffat, 62)
The Tree of az-Zaqqum is the food of the wicked, seething in the belly like molten brass, as boiling water bubbles and seethes. (Surat ad-Dukhan, 43-46)
Then you, you misguided, you deniers will eat from the tree of Zaqqum. (Surat al-Waqi'a, 51-52)

Some might think that diabetics avoid carbohydrates , because they turn out to be sugar . But this is not true , where the body needs carbohydrates every day
The amount of carbohydrates needed by the person on the weight and activity level . A dietician to determine the needs of carbohydrates .

Advised most diabetics adults eat three to five servings of food from carbohydrates in the main meals , eat two servings Gmaitin Vqz maximum of snacks ; That means getting forty-five to seventy-five grams of carbohydrates in the main meals , and thirty grams a maximum of carbohydrates in snacks.
Does not need all diabetics to eat snacks between meals ; main objective of snacks containing carbohydrates is to avoid low blood sugar . We must ask your doctor or dietitian if the patient need to add snacks to his diet .

Can be found on food labels to find out the amount of carbohydrate in grams , and convert fines to food rations . For example : 15 grams = ration . 30 grams = Gmaitin two portions . 45 grams = three rations . 60 grams = four rations . 75 grams = five rations .
Helps to read food labels to find out the possibility of adding different foods to the diet of the patient.
The best sources of carbohydrates are good vegetables, whole grains , beans , beans, and whole wheat bread , brown rice and some fruits at least in the rate schedule to raise blood sugar Glycemic index , such as strawberries and raspberries and apples.

Carbohydrates bad is the food , which consists of sugar and foods consisting of flour , flour, refined refined white flour, and drinks that are often added sugar also referred to include examples of carbohydrates bad: soft drinks , cakes and pastries, white bread , white rice and some fruits up in Glycemic index. Add to this , and potatoes
Conclusion , that the greater your consumption of carbohydrates bad , whenever you need a larger amount of insulin and whenever I became obese and the less the user control in diabetes in general.
If the patient uses insulin at mealtimes , he has to learn how to modify the dose of insulin to fit the amount of carbohydrates that covered .

Calculating carbohydrate food rations or fines , where each equal to fifteen grams of carbohydrate ration .
Read the labels of foods , and the expense of carbohydrates.
Ask your doctor about the rations needed by the patient of carbohydrates per day.

Allah’s Messenger said, “The stomach is the central basin of the body, and the veins are connected to it. When the stomach is healthy, it passes on its condition to veins, and in turn the veins will circulate the same and when the stomach is putrescence, the veins will absorb such putrescence and issue the same” - Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (saws).
Useful herbs are not forbidden in Islam does not "intoxicate"and not lose money
Hasheesh of all types is forbidden, whether it is marijuana or any other type.
Prophet Muhammad, upon him be peace, is explicitly commended in the Qur’an as the best pattern for believers to follow. Therefore, the practice and precepts of the Prophet have been a source of legal judgements and general guidance in the affairs of Muslims since the earliest days of Islam, a source which supplements and is second only to the Qur’an. Since health is so important a part of human well-being, it is not surprising that Muslims over the centuries devoted so much effort to recording and reflecting upon what the Prophet taught about maintaining good health, preventing and curing diseases and ailments.
The most widespread book on ‘Prophetic Medicine’ was that written by Ibn Qayim al-Jawziyiah (691-751AH / 1293-1351). But there are scores of manuscripts on the subject in world libraries and museums. After a preliminary study, I found references to some forty different books (some published, most manuscripts, some lost) with the title ‘Prophetic Medicine’. In his 1985 paper on Islamic heritage, S. Abdullah al-Habashi of Yemen mentioned 23 monographs by different authors on plagues and infectious diseases -
Recently, the number of publications on Prophetic Medicine as a whole or on different areas of it has been growing rapidly. There are many books and articles, referenced with ahadith (sayings) of the Prophet on the curative properties of honey, black seed (Nigella Sativa), senna (Casiacutifolia), henna
(Lawsonia Inermis), aloes (Aloe Vera), garlic and onions, olive oil, etc.; on the positive health benefits of breast feeding, and of the Islamic practices of fasting, prayers, ablution, cleaning the teeth and mouth, etc. Doctors in particular have been very active in elucidating the relevant ahadith and their importance to health promotion and disease prevention. Papers are published almost weekly on Islamic teachings related to health concerns, for example on food and drink (prohibition of excess, of pork, blood, and intoxicant drugs like alcohol), on circumcision, on sexuality and marriage (particularly with regard to the spread of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS).
