I have ten bucks and a pack of smokes that says your transmission's "Pump" has gone bad.

You are going to want to drive your car, even though it is feeling ill. Resist this urge.

Tow it to your favorite repair center. Have them look at it.

Grip the chair in the Customer Waiting Room tightly when the mechanic returns.

He will give you an estimated cost for repairs.

When you regain consciousness, tell him o.k., and ask when you can expect your repairs to be completed.

I wish I had happier news.

    HI
as for the slipping check the fluid level.. if its low that would cause slipping.. as for the whine .. I haven't heard of one doing that.
    good luck
