...are called whiners when they do it?
or "whingers" for those who insist on such usage

I wish I were born a woman sometimes.....
The fact that you post this same question over and over again is pure irony.
Your face is disturbing...there should be a law on yahoo that stops you from posting pics that are too ugly.
Because women are viewed as oppressed (or at least having a harder time than males). If I, as a white person, started talking about how hard it was to be white in a western country, I would face the same treatment.
I'm not saying it's right or comparing women to a minority, I'm just telling you why.
Two words: Double standard
Many women complain about how "oppressed" they are. But have they ever considered how unfair life is for some men? Men are expected to be strong, masculine, manly-men, support a family, and put up with hateful, bitchy, shallow, gold-digging women. Have they ever thought of how women (and other men) can just rape a man and not get as harsh a punishment? Or the unfairness in the way the alimony and child support systems are structured?
And they're expected to just take it. If they complain about it, they're called "p*ssies". If they show any sort of emotion, they're called "p*ssies" as well.
Because women are still seen as a weaker sex by society, and women and men who say "women should be allowed to complain but men shouldn't be allowed" are perpetuating the "weaker sex" issue.
Because females don't like to be reminded that we have feelings. Besides they can just use PMS to substantiate their whining.
Well Cockhold Bill, guys judge each other harshly for whining because they consider whining to be a feminine trait. Probably thought to be connected somehow to hormones and periods, I reckon.
