Why does my 2 Week Old Scream While Pooping?

My daughter is strictly breastfed. The past few days though, every time she has to poop, she screams and cries and can only poop a little bit. Her poop looks normal, it is not watery or mucousy. I have tried giving her Baby Gas-X, I have tried stimulating her to poop (which worked last night and she was fine until this morning). She's so miserable it seems! Any advice as to what I can do to help her until I can get in touch with her doctor?
I've made sure to stay away from the gassy/spicy foods that could irritate her. I've also tried the Qtip but that only temporarily fixed the problem. She was fine afterwards then was back to screaming the next morning.

Her poop looks like normal breastfed baby poop when she does go.
