Thread: Why do women complain so much about things?

I was going to specify 'complain so much about Porn', but we know that their complaints are in no way limited to pornography. However, here is an example anyway from wifp.org

"Pornography is a multi-billion dollar industry profiting from the bodies and lives of women. Pornographers reach millions upon millions of people with their message. But what about the women who are harmed by pornography? Where are their voices?

Women's voices are being silenced. We need a press to tell about the harm done to women by the pornography industry. ..."

Not only would this be considered "complaining", but it could also be characterized using the descriptors "reactive" and "hypocritical". We live in a free democracy; women do not have to do pornography- in fact that industry is heavily stigmatized. So why would women do pornography anyway- then come out to complain about it? Or if you're a woman on the outside of the industry and object to it, why would you complain on behalf of those women who willingly go into it?

I think porn can be a good sex stimulant for couples to watch together, and then reenact what they saw.

But a lot of the time, it can be very degrading to women, with all the forcing and some men using them like dolls, not like human beings.

And a lot of those women get paid a lot of money to do porn, and that's why they do it. But some are just very sexually enthusiastic and decide to do it, and that's their choice, I guess.
