It is because the law says pay and congress says we can spend it anyway we want, even throw it away like we just did and their is nothing you as a tax payer can do, because when I am up for re-election I will tell you exactly what you want to hear and it wasn't me It was them, and you are dumb enough to believe me, and send me back for another term.

There's the whole Federal Criminal Law Code... there's a section on "Tax Evasion.." seems like the government doesn't like when you don't pay taxes

Because giving handouts to Iraqis and Jews trillions of dollars will affect the entire economy of the world eventually.

You're just as bad as people mooching off of welfare.

I doubt someone with a PhD would waste their time rubbing it around online "heeeey....I'm a tax evader DUUUUUUUUR :S "

Mostly because our tax dollars are going to entitlements for the 45% of Americans (and illegals) who don't pay taxes.

If my taxes were being spent on things that were mandated by the consitution, I would be ok with it. Funding baby factories, idiots, lay-abouts, etc - that isn't the purpose of taxation.

Because we are not liars and criminals, and don't want to live on welfare.

And you do pay taxes, if you ever bought something, or put gas in your car, or ever got a paycheck.

That is just what the socialist have in store for us. When we all get to stand in the soup line and Heil Socialism for our daily meal, we won't be paying any taxes. We will just be happy that the State is taking such good care of us.
