say for instance a person doesn't like black people and doesn't want to be around them and even makes jokes about them
that same person would be the first to tell a black person to "stop complaining about racism

Not liking black people and not wanting to be around them does not equal racism. That's phucking retarded. It's prejudice, or being a separatist but racism absolutely not. For instance I don't like white people nor do I want to be around them but I'm not gonna tell them not to complain about racism because they're gonna do it anyway.
