Indeed. And they're most happy when they're being told to work off the clock - or else. And in particular the women get darned near orgasmic when they're systematically passed over for promotion in favor of a less-qualified man.
Yeah, Dammed workers! Who do they think they are? Why would they want anyone to stand up for their rights, fight for them, make sure they're not being abused, prevent them from being fired at will. Who are they to want job security?
I can't remember the last time I set foot in a Wally World store. The merchandise is second rate and employees are treated like dogs. No one in their right mind would be willing to sing the Wal-mart song if they were given the chance to opt out.
Because you treat your staff like shit. ALWAYS!
Walmart profits are $75,000 a MINUTE, 24 hours a day*. Shouldn't the employees reap some of the benefits?

Walmart = EVIL
"Give me a 'squiggly' ".
Any Union would tell the employer to go f#ck yourself because people should not be forced to do activities that provide false empowerment. Walmart only wants you on the 'team' so you will generate more profit. You 're just a number to them, they couldn't care less about you.
You are ASSUMING that the employees are happier without the union. If you really want happy workers then let them have their union because it has been proven time after time that happy employees will work better.
The real story is that you just don't want a union and you are using a 'smoke & mirrors' tactic that you give a shit about your staff.
What's your response, Your Local Walmart?
The NLRA, you can't legally stop your employees from unionizing.
Maybe the fact that you are breaking the law is the reason people whine.
I don't know. I believe if your employees want better benefits, they should find themselves better jobs.
