Thread: Why do I argue so much? How can I stop it?

I seem to argue everything and it hurts my relationships and sometimes I do not know that I'm doing it. Whats wrong with me and how do I stop it?

You might want to get checked for ADHD. It sounds like you are not thinking before reacting. With the right medication, you may find a brand new life, and gain the ability to reflect before reacting verbally.

At least look it up on the internet and see what you think about the symptoms.

You could try learning new things.

Your ego is most likely the problem, and you need to break that down.

It's sorta like those drug rehab programs. They say the first step is admitting you have a problem.

I think your next step is admitting you're not always right or the most important person in the conversation. "Get over yourself" lol ...and doing things that you don't understand and learning about different perspectives may help.
