Recently my gas boiler broke down. I told my landlord and he sent over a non gas certified technician. So I made my landlord send me another technician but it has been 5 days and no one has come. To who should I make a complaint?
P.S.:I am from the UK.

calll the board of health it is up to the landlord to provide heat and hotwater in this stae anyways

Try the Citizens Advice Bureau in the first instance. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
