Thread: Who do I complain to about my abusive treatment at the Mall?

I took my son to see Santa and when we got there today, the smug little Miley Cirus wannabe at the info desk smugly told me that I would have to wait until Thanksgiving and embarrassed me in front of my son. Her manager, Steve, if that is his real name, was also very mean to me. He refused to take me to where Santa was and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. I am considering legal action and wonder if anyone has a suggestion on who I can talk to have my grievances addressed.

I think the Sugar Plum Fairies are on-call during the off season.
