Hello again. I've asked so many questions lately that it ain't even funny..but anyway. I installed a new amp yesterday. Its a small class D mono amp. I noticed today that I have a high pitch whine coming though my subwoofers, and only my subwoofers. I did have to buy some new RCA cables to run to my amp from my headunit..could these be the problem? They are cheap after all..only 10 bucks. I didn't notice the problem with the whining until today. I disconnected the RCA's from my amp to see if they were the problem. Even with them disconnected..the subs still emitted that annoying as hell whine. My cap and amp are grounded in separate locations. Could this be the problem?
What else might be causing? A Possible ground loop?
