where can i complain with regards to lacoste products?
I bought an infant pair of lacoste trainers that after 3 days the sole came away. I went back to the shop who said they aren't getting anymore in and that they cannot mend them but will refund. As these were reduced in price there is no way i can get another pair for the money!! I went ahead and got them mended at the shoe repair place but this only lasted 1 week!!! There is clearly a fault with this style of trainer and as i have had problems before with my own trainers i would like to take it further to find out why these trainers seem to have faults. Please can anyone advice me on who i write to to complain?
