Thread: What are some good ways to vent anger?

Don't say beat the crap out of something. Some serious good ways to vent A LOT of misplaced anger. I definitely do not need an anger management course lol. I am not THAT angry, I just need to take my anger out some way.

Exercise may help. Take a boxing class.

Cry, it always helps me. Nobodys perfect, everybodys human.
Write a letter! Once I typed everything I ever wanted to say to the people I loved/hated in life and deleted it. It made me realize not to focus on the past and that i needed to try and move forward. Or say it out loud, (to them or to yourself when nobodys around, whatever
Plus, beating the crap out of something dosent work anyways.
