what shoudl i do for my parrot to stop screaming crazily??plz help!!?

I have an indian ringneck parrot for one year!i moved his cage to another floor in my house!it is a female one!she is screamind everyday everynight and everytime!me and my family cant stand listening to her!what shoudli do?my parents are sterting thingink about give it away and me and my brother dont want!plz Help!
