Thread: What Kind of complains from a unknown person can get you fired?

My spouse has complained something about me to my employer which got me fired from my job.I dont understand what kind of complains from a anonymous person or a personal relation can get you fired?

Honey why would your spouse do that to you. What type of job do you do? Legally you need to have 3 written warnings by law, then and only then can they sack you.

Unless you have been doing something illegal, and then they would have to have proof, not just hear say.

Is there more to this story?

No Offence at all, but your spouse just cannot go and get you fired, and if he did, I'd kick his a**e to the curb.

Why would your spouse do something like that for starters?

Usually the biggest sorts of complaints that could get you fired, even from an anonymous tipper would include; sexual harassment, rudeness, mental abuse. Racism, sexist and homophobic remarks too since employers want no conflict between customers and employees. Especially if it could be a case where a customer can sue the whole company rather than one person.
