i personally think he was just joking and people need to get over it... grow up, seriously. everyone thinks he's like the worst guy in the world for what he said (even though he apologized), but they know a lot of people are thinking the same thing, he just said it out loud. he's a comedian and sure, maybe he took it a little too far (she's only sixteen), but he was just tryin to be funny (which he was). he didn't mean it to hurt her. and honestly, some of the stuff they were saying is true lol.
