What do you do to vent your frustrations?

i come on here and vent then sometimes other people are also venting and get rele bitchy they we all get bitchy its an endles cycle

Scream into a pillow or talk to my mom or sister or dog. Then I try to relieve stress by running or eating chocolate or drinking caffeine.
