I need something with a fine screen to keep bugs out. Also I need a vent cover for air intake, that will need some sort of air filter system. Both will need to be the round type that use side penetrations. Also for colder climates and highway travelling the system needs screw on covers. Is there anything like that available?

Just Google "RV Roof Vents" and go to some of the web sites that are referenced. They make some pretty fancy vents.
