    we got fumes coming thru the vent at work. is this bad?

    at work we got fumes smells like spray paint or rubber sement or somethin but it gives us all headakes. Ne1 got sum sugestions 4 how to get rid of the headakes or make the fumes go away? thx

    These fumes which you describe seem to be based on solvents. (xylol for example) These are highly carcinogenic. One should by no means smoke when inhaling them.
    The building supervisor should get the problem fixed asap. Otherwise report the problem to OSHA.
