    I'm 13 too!!!
It used to happen to me ALL the time. I would have dreams involving the screaming, and then wake up the next morning and not remember!

    Basically, you sleepwalk / talk.

You don't remember because normally people don't remember dreams they had at night. Your sleepwalking / tlaking is connected to your dreams so...
    No way would you remember.

    Sweet dreams

    Sounds like night terrors.

But they are far more common in young children than in teens.

    Should tell your doctor.

Definitely night terrors. My brother (he's 12) has the same problem. He hit me once, and managed to fall down the stairs as well. *sighs* good times...

It is more common in kids (not really teens), and unfortunately there isn't a cure. I would recommend blocking off the stairs... not to scare you or anything. Talk to your doctor about it anyways.

Don't worry about it though. I know several people who have night terrors, and several of the have just grown out of it. Hope this helps!
