i am getting spam email from yahoo.com accounts on my non-yahoo email account and it is getting really annoying. how do i complain to yahoo??

Go to the mail account and push options and push postmaster and write a complaint to them' AND THEY WILL HELP YOU.IT TAKES A FEW DAYS THOUGH.
