so basically i'm 17 the past couple of days i've been having trouble sleeping and when i do get to sleep i end up having incredibly bad nightmares and always wake up screaming. my parents can even hear it from another room and it's basically causing a problem for everyone.

about two weeks ago i got dumped by my boyfriend of 11 months and that's when the sleep screaming started, i'm also nervous of the fact i'm going to have to see him in a few days at college, so i'm putting it down to the stress of this, what do you guys think, and is there anything i can do to stop this happening? i've tried relaxing before bed and everything. help please.
