The last option is to call the envomental health to get them to pay a vist to your neighbours and they have the power to make them turn down the volume or they will get the police to take them to court

I bought radio speakers for my PC, when they make a noise next door i put the speakers by the walls and play Rammstein at full whack! Also i drop in the odd bit of opera - works every time!
