Should I complain about my manager to the Better Business Bureau?

I work part-time at a fast food place. And since it's a fast food place I don't think people should be working there when they're sick. I called in today to say I couldn't work my shift because I have fever, and she got so annoyed! saying that they're already short of staff and that I'd have to work even though I'm sick. I've also seen others working there when they have the flu.

Should I complain about her? It seems like she only cares about the store's business, regardless of who is sick.

You can complain, but not to the BBB.
Your State's Health Department, or whichever agency inspects restaurants for cleanliness, etc, would be the proper venue to register a complaint.
But be aware of this sad fact: the overwhelming majority of people who make such complaints are then fired, usually for totally spurious reasons, in retaliation for the complaint. But then, this job sounds like one that you could easily do without. Find another job.
