Im in love with a girl. However she says she does not like me back. We have slept together a few times but then starting getting into arguments. those were months ago. we havent slept together since. Also she now treats me like crap. I got fed up and started treated her like crap. This created another argument a couple nites ago. Does the fact that she argues with me mean she hates me or does it mean she likes me?

No she doesn't hate you i think the fact that you've both slept with each other means something you should either talk to her or maybe make her feel loved take her to the movie etc.
I could understand that your treating her like crap as she treats you the same but try controlling your feelings.
Sometimes girls have their days but generally speaking when a girl acts like that it means she likes u

I say you should just get up and leave. If she really did care, she would realize that what she's doing is wrong, hurtful and disrespectful. See if she has a change of heart after you leave. And if she does, you decide for yourself if it's a little too late.
