Okay so I have internet & unlimited texts however whenever I try to send picture mail or upload photos onto my computer from it it says I need a 4-32 digit character code for my account. Then when I try to make one it says their was error. How do I get this to stop happening? Is their a place where I am supposed to get this code? I'm getting so angry and frustrated. 10 points to whoever can offer me the most help. I have Sprint too if that means anything.
