Thread: RANT: Warning Atheist ranting on Atheist?

This is a personal opinion and opinion only.
Atheism is a belief system. Why? Because there is no single way to be an atheist. Multiple philosophies on a similar theological stance would be a belief system. To often I see atheist tell Christians what atheism is, and that is fairly narrow minded.

Forms of Atheism

Nihilist - don't care
Agnostics - don't know
Antithetical against organized religion
Moderate atheism - no stance
Scientific theologists - god = the sum of the physical laws of nature (science rules)
Anti-Abraham - self explanatory

I personally am antithetical and could care less about the evolution and science. Which are you?
To Christians who seem confused, a belief system and a religion are not the same thing.
(Shrugs) I could have sworn it was stated that it was my personal opinion. (shrugs again)

Easy way, you are correct. I will admit that science is not a strong point of mine and I tend to express scientific terms in theological ways (which is incorrect). Thank you for the clarification.
Mtor, I wasn't generalizing, this was in response to generalization I perceived. I am glad you can use a dictionary. Me thinks you needs a hugz.

Atheism is the non-belief in god. That's all. There's no way to conceptualize a non-belief. What you have listed are specific self-interests, not how one goes about not believing in gods by different means in the first place, there's simply only one way for that: to not believe in gods.

Sheesh,for all that pseudo-intellectual clap trap you still haven't figured out that the word atheism/atheist is only capitalised at the start of a sentence.(unless it's someone's name,but who names their child atheism/atheist?)

The spacing thing seems to be a computer speak convention,I type as if I'm writing,and in writing their is no such convention.
