Thread: A question for Boxer owners- Do your Boxers whine when they want attention?

We have a male that comes up to you and makes a whining sound when he wants your attention. The female boxer is quiet and just rests her head on your lap if she needs your attention.

Has anyone else experienced whining from their Boxer?

i dont have a boxer but where i babysit they have a boston terrier that whines for attention. when i put the kids to sleep and go downstairs she whines so i just ingnore her and she stops. it take a few mintues but since i dont look at her or talk to her, she stop and usually layes down or chew on her bone. and then sometimes she will try again but i keep with it and dont look/talk to her and now she knows not to do it. .ingorning works,just try it and be patience.
