Thread: Mystery leak from washer and leaking from ac vent?

Hi i was at my sisters house and noticed water leaking from the washer (maybe) and could not find the cause or area of leakage? Then as we walked downstairs we noticed the vent in the kitchen ceiling was dripping witch is does not do normally? I figured it could be the water from and probably is the water from the washer but, wouldn't it drip through the ceiling, because shouldn't the ac vent be sealed off??? Would greatly appreciate Professional view! Thank You!!!

Take a look behind the washer to see if you can see where the water is coming from. It could be a simple leak on the hoses that need to be tightened.
