Why are you wasting time on the computer - take him to the doctor asap, sounds like he has asthma or pneumonia. Whatever it is chest pain = serious, get off the computer and take him to the doctor
Check his temperature, if he develops a fever above normal then take him to the doctor asap.
When listening to a chest with Bronchitis or Pneumonia, you will hear a crinkling noise as the lungs expand. This is not normal.
It could be either an infection or -sorry- he might just have developed a cold.
Good Luck
He could have bronchitis, or pneumonia. I would check his temperature often to see if he is running a fever.
