My son 4months old is screaming to the core until i pick him. ?

He is comfortable in my hands. If his father picks him, he is not staying for more than 10minutes. He is neither sitting in the stroller nor lying down at bed. We came to UK from India a month back. People at home told me that he will become alright within a month. But a more than a month passed he is the same. He is comfortable with his feeds and no other worries are there for him. He wants me all the time with him which makes me difficult to do any work. Can anyone suggest how to divert him??
