Thread: My receivers complain that my messages contain odd marks where apostrophes, quote

marks, etc. should be. Help? My email receivers receive some of my messages (which are cut and pasted) that contain strange code-like marks in place of the apostrophe, quote marks, dashes, etc. This just recently started after Yahoo made changes. I also cannot send out as many messages as I used to. I cannot help but think these two problems are related. Any suggestions (especially about the marks?)

email fonts don't always get translated correctly by the programs.

send a test email with the suspected items well marked as ask people to respond. Tell them what you are trying to do first.

That will tell you which characters are blasted....hope that helps you...
