My puppy wont stop whining?

He just lays on the floor and whines, looking at me all sad. He is 14 weeks tomarrow (tuesday) and hes a black lab border collie mix. I figured its probly either his teeth or growing pains?

He whines even after we have gotten back from his walks or after he eats. Also hes not telling me hes gunna crap on my floor, hes fully potty trained and if he had to go potty he would ring his bell.

Get a ball my lab loves his tennis ball. Hungary or he's about to crap on your floor and he's telling you.

maybe a quick call to the vet and describe how your dog is acting, or since he is a puppy he wants food like most other puppy's would want 24/7, or just go play catch with a tennis ball or something, because of how much energy a puppy has he/she might want to just go play catch and burn some energy
